Where it all began

As our first blog post we found it fitting to introduce you to our leading lady, Karla Watson!

As you may have read on the website (or maybe you haven’t gotten that far…here is a handy link – http://www.tacthrservices.com/about) with Karla’s 15+ years of experience in multiple industries, she found that not all companies want to carry the over head of staff on hand and wanted more ‘a-la-cart’ options. So 3 years ago Karla started Tact HR Services inspiring to fill that need for on-demand Human Resources.  Tact is breaking down barriers and putting a stop to the stigma that comes with HR all while helping companies and their employees achieve their goals.

I had fun playing the interviewer with Karla and I really feel if I hone my skills I could be the next Barbara Walters, anyway, without further ado…
