Overtime Agreement

An employer and employee can enter a mutual overtime agreement stipulating that rather than paying overtime pay, an employer provides paid time off with regular pay.  For every hour of overtime worked, at least one hour of overtime off must be banked.  This Overtime Agreement details the methods of reimbursement and provides a formal record of the signed agreement between the employee and their manager.
